Jimmy Walters is a distinguished U.S. Army Infantry veteran with six years of combined active duty and reserve service. During his military tenure, he completed multiple deployments to the Middle East between 2002 and 2005, earning recognition for his service and dedication.
Following his military career, Jimmy transitioned into the gaming and hospitality industry, beginning in Las Vegas where he specialized in high-stakes casino surveillance. Over the past 14 years, he has demonstrated a consistent trajectory of growth, ascending to the executive level to oversee internal audit operations. Now based in Pennsylvania, Jimmy is recognized for his strategic leadership and operational excellence. He leverages a unique blend of military discipline and industry-leading expertise to drive organizational success and maintain the highest standards of integrity. Jimmy maintains a profound and enduring respect for the men and women who serve in uniform. Guided by his belief in the transformative power of the human-animal bond, he is a passionate advocate for the mental clarity and emotional healing that companion animals provide to their owners

Anthony Novak

Anthony Novak is a results-driven operations and financial analyst with nearly a decade of experience optimizing processes and driving compliance across complex financial and data environments. Currently serving as a Financial Planning Analyst, he leverages advanced analytical and project management skills to interpret multi-billion-dollar data sets, streamline reporting systems, and develop compliance programs that enhance efficiency and accuracy. His ability to translate large-scale data into actionable insights has consistently improved operational workflows and decision-making at the senior leadership level. In addition to his civilian expertise, Anthony brings over 22 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves, where he has held senior operational and leadership positions including Brigade Senior Operations Sergeant and various leadership positions. His military career showcases a strong record in strategic planning, data management, and organizational leadership, leading teams and projects that modernized reporting and improved mission execution. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Barton County Community College. Known for his analytical mindset, collaborative leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement, he excels in bridging data-driven strategy with operational excellence.

Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with roles that required strategic decision‑making, mission planning, and the ability to lead diverse teams in both dynamic and high‑pressure environments. His background reflects a
consistent commitment to readiness, operational excellence, and the professional development of those under his leadership. David earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, further strengthening his expertise in organizational operations, resource management, and long‑range planning. His academic foundation complements his military
experience, enabling him to approach challenges with a balanced perspective grounded in both practical and strategic considerations. Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is a dedicated husband to his wife, Katie, and a proud father of five. He remains deeply committed to serving the veteran community and supporting initiatives that strengthen families, promote opportunity, and improve the wellbeing of those who have served.
